Overview: This course is aimed at anyone working in a senior role in spectator safety management and wishing to gain a formal qualification.
Objectives: Based on a series of mandatory and optional units, the course provides the knowledge to plan and ensure the safety of visitors attending a spectator event. This includes the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support these activities.
The course also allows delegates to develop their decision making skills, manage resources and supports professional development. It offers learning opportunities for colleagues to develop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Assessment Method: Assessment is done by means of an evidence based portfolio.
Entry Requirements: Delegates should be currently employed in the field of spectator management, be capable of working at Level 4 and be proficient in the use of English language.
Costs: £1,850 per delegate. To secure your place a deposit of £450 is required with the balance payable prior to course commencement,
Career Progression: After completing this course you may wish to apply for positions such as safety officer or stadium manager.
